• International orders may incur additional duties and taxes; Bête Noire is not responsible for these import fees.

Returns:

We accept returns on eligible ready-to-wear, gowns, suits, veils, jewelry, and accessories within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Your return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrances or pet hair, and returned with all original tags attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Clearance, couture, custom-size orders, and exclusive collab drops are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges on eligible ready-to-wear, gowns, suits, veils, jewelry, and accessories within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a exchange:

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of fragrances or pet hair, and returned with all original tags attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Clearance, couture, custom-size orders, and exclusive collab drops are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

• Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Once your exchange has been received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item or begin production if your exchange is for a made-to-order piece. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your new item is on its way.
