Exchanges:

• As of 10/18/25 we no longer accept returns. All purchases are exchange only.

• We accept exchanges on ready-to-wear, gowns, suits, accessories, and in-stock items.

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for return or exchange.

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.

• Clearance, couture, custom-size orders, and exclusive collab drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
