We get it — shopping without trying things on can be a pain. That’s why Bête Noire is proud to offer a return- and exchange-friendly policy.
Please note:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
International orders may incur additional duties and taxes; Bête Noire is not responsible for these import fees.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges on off-the-rack, accessories, and in-stock items.
Gowns and suits are eligible for exchange only.
Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for return or exchange.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
Clearance, couture, and custom-size orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
We stand by our quality. Any sizing or quality concerns MUST be reported within 7 days of package delivery.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We’ll ship your exchange free of charge once we receive your original item.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Rush service fees are non refundable.
